My Twitter Feed

I am addicted to Twitter. I love it. I get information, news, recipes, friendships and everything else from it. I try to check in on my Twitter feed at least twice a day (sometimes more). I have become a faculty member at Solo Practice University because of Twitter and I have made some amazing friends. Some of my friends I have never met in real life (Gini Dietrich and Gina Madsen) and some I have (Jeena Belil, Susan Cartier Liebel and Andrea Cannavina).

As such, I wanted to create a weekly blog post where I post some of my favorite tweets from the past week. Some will be from me directly, some will be from others but all of them will be tweets that I think are the best of the week.

I feel as though I have gained so much from being a part of the Twitter community that I want to share some of it with those of you who are not on Twitter.

For the ease of reading them and for those of you who aren't on Twitter, I will post the information as "reader" friendly as I can. But as always, I will give credit to the person who either tweeted the information or where the information came from.  (As my first order of business, I want to thank Andrea Cannavina, aka "LegalTypist", for the idea.)

I hope you enjoy the information and you might even get a recipe or two. Enjoy. :)

Yes, thanks to Twitter I have an new excellent and highly valued friend, Stef  :-) and a terrific faculty member at Solo Practice University.
What gets me is those who say they need to see a direct A – B line from investment of time to reward.  Social Media 'reward'  is often not that easy to pinpoint.  However, as more and more cases are documented (such as this) no longer will people question its value but just do.  And soon, not doing will definitely leave you behind professionally.

Thanks Stef, for advising folks that, gee, they really can make real in-the-flesh friendships from Twitter. XO, Jeena
